What we are particularly proud of, is the excellent location of our apartments in Flachau amidst the holiday region Salzburger Sportwelt and the unique ski region Ski amadé. Not many winter sports resorts offer their guests such a great setting like Flachau does – from sports and nature, comfort and cordiality to culinary delights and legendary après-ski parties.
The ski region Ski amadé promises great winter pleasures – and indeed keeps this promise. With more than 750 km of ski fun and over 350 perfectly groomed ski runs, Ski amadé is definitely one of the most varying winter sports areas in Europe.
Thanks to the excellent location, only a few metres away from the ski lift and the ski runs, our apartments in Flachau are the perfect place for your skiing holiday. For example the cable railway for 8 people which is only a 4 minutes’ walk away.
We might be a little bit self-congratulatory, but we dare to say: There are not many winter sport destinations where you can celebrate funny days on the slope better than in Flachau. In addition to fine restaurants, where you eat excellently, there are also lots of bars, discos, outdoor bars, après-ski huts and of course the legendary Hofstadl Après Ski Temple.
Cross-country skiers are not missing out on something on their holiday in Flachau. About 260 km of cross-country skiing courses with all levels of difficulty await you in the surrounding area. The Tauernloipe goes directly past our apartments in Flachau. Go outside, get into your skis and start running!
Those who prefer more relaxing activities, but nevertheless like to take some outdoor exercises, should test the winter hiking trails or try snowshoeing.
“At the peak of fun” – that’s the slogan of Flachau. Therefore, action-packed outdoor fun must not be missing. Four sled runs, most of them floodlit at night, provide fun with the entire family. Segway, snowbike, fatbike, quad or the Lucky Flitzer Alpine Coaster complete the possibilities for adventurous fun sports in the surrounding of our apartments in Flachau.
We have another insider tip for you: The Therme Amadé Spa, which is only a few minutes away from our apartments in Flachau, is always worth visiting on cold winter days. Here you can have fun in the swimming pool or relax in the sauna area.
By the way: If you stay in our holiday apartments, you will be given the Flachau Guest Card for free. With this card, the admission price for the Therme Amadé Spa is reduced – just like plenty of other activities in Flachau and the surrounding area.
If you spend your winter holiday in our apartment in Flachau, you can easily park the car for some days. Ski runs, cross-country skiing courses and winter hiking paths can be found directly in front of our apartments. Ski rentals, ski schools, restaurants, shops and everything else you need on your holiday are also not far away from our apartments.
